So far I have:
1. dP
2. Dark
3. rawr
4. DirT
5. yumy
6. be
7. BadV
8. StS/StP/Cry
Never really watched [be], BadV, StS, Cry or StP alot but I suppose they are supposed to be good. Kinda iffy on StS, may replace them with Cry or StP, not sure at this point tho
dP and rawr are supposedly gonna do really good this month. DirT and yumy are definitely up there
Dark is supposed to be REALLY good but don't know them too well so put in 2nd place :P

1. dP- With rawr not having an invincible build yet (or so we think...) and KMD not playing, is it time for these honourable euros to get gold?
2. Cry- Lots of talent so could see another good performance, but could still take an early loss due to bad play.
3. rawr- 2 bsurge? Hexes? Spike? Haven't found their build yet, but there's no denying their playstyle is strong for mATs.
4. DirT- Have a lot of gimmicks up their sleeve, and could be the new KK with a lot of surprise wins against teams that are traditionally "better"
5. BadV- Another top guild that is generally a good lock for top 8.
6. StS- Even though they haven't been looking very strong overall, there are moments where you would expect this team to go far.
7. StP- A team that generally does pretty well, and we'll see if they can recover from last month's poop performance.
8. be- Will really depend on who they fight in the first round, but these guys definitely have enough talent to make top 8.

9-12 (good contenders for top 8)
yumy- Can they stay connected? If so, top 16 shouldn't be too much of a problem.
sKy- Strong ladder farm and lots of lame usually leads you to silver.
AxE- They got top 8 last time, so we'll see this month if that was a fluke or if they're for real.
AA- Decent team that always has a good shot at silver, but nothing too special.

13-16 (silver quality)
uP- 216 + distortion will lead these guys to victory. That and pressing the button.
Holz- Samy is the best.
TTUB- I'm surprised this guild name isn't banned yet, but what can you expect from Anet?
(Insert American guild here - vR? vK? PZZZ? GeAr?)

Top 8(no particular order)
dP
Cry
BadV
be
StS
StP
KK
rawr

Maybes

GeAr- Average players with some really shitty builds. However, if they stick to their little paragon spike build it should get them to the top 16.
yumy- build can only take them so far
uP - build variety limited due to deep desire for a cripshot
vR - should be good for top 16 if the stick to splitting.
Dark - Ego can carry heavy burdens.
AA - too much euro honor.

If they get lucky matchups

Top 8

1 - I Disposable Heroes I [DirT]
Looking really strong this monthly and have made good performances in MAT for the past two months. Might get outbuilt/outsplit by americans, time will tell.

2 - Dangerous Pumpkins [dP]
Not playing nearly as much this month, but with good pairings and not getting countered by anti hex builds these guys will make it to the top. Let's see what their roster changes will bring them aswell, might not make it far at all.

3 - Rebel Rising Extended Edition [rawr]
If they get their other builds perfected they will make it far. Finally started to get the hang of the new builds and how to counter them.

4 - Stealing Society [StS]
Against my better judgement I will put these guys here, not looking very strong but if they pull out the right builds I could see them make it to here but not further.

5 - Edible Granite Pencil [yumy]
Solid "build wars" guild and have the server advantage against most guilds. I see these guys make it far unless they take the wrong build against one of the stronger euroteams.

6 - Be Team [be]
Have been performing good this monthly except for some odd games. Unless they pick stupid builds on the splitmaps they will make it far.

7 - One Build Wonder [BadV]
This meta doesn't favor this guild but I still see them do well unless they get beaten by one of the better euroteams in the earlier round.

8 - Steel Phoenix [StP]
Seems to have some counterbuilds ready for this month, and as long as they dare to pull them out they should make it here pretty easily, not sure if they have the practice to make it further tho.

Top 16

Die Keller Kinder [KK] - Not having the best of builds ready and in a meta which has no solid spikebuild I don't see them making it further than this unless they have some build up their sleeves.

- Seem to prefer playing hexes most of the time, which by itself won't take them all the way. Unless they have a plan they won't make it further.

Under Pressure [uP] - Won't get much practice in the new meta due to people being away but should still be able to make top 16 with their solid lineup unless they make the wrong buildchoices.

Vent Rage [vR] - Finally started to run other builds than the one splitbuild. Not doing very well with it but I could see some europeans getting outbuilt by these guys.

The Hero Academy [Dark] - Hopefully we will pull through, with the right build choices and not too unlucky pairings it should be doable.

Inadequately Equipped [GeAr] - Have a few builds to pull out and the servers are a big advantage against the euroteams, does not have the lineup to make it any further though.

Team Chaos Theory [hent] - Does not play enough this month and have some new players, might make top 16 will some lucky pairings.

Anonymous Amateurs [AA] - Some lucky pairings and not bringing the wrong builds (Or weapons. ) will get these guys top 16 again.

History Repeats Itself [Cry] - Originally I had these in top 8 but after their performances lately I would be surprised if they make it further than to here.

Top 8:

1. Dangeous Pumpkins [dP]. They've been the best pressure in the game for awhile now, and without a strong spike build to prop up rawr (that we know of) and kmd out of the way, gold seems a sure fire thing.

2. History Repeats Itself [Cry]. I wonder if history will repeat itself . . . HAHAH I AM SO WITTY I JUST PLACED THEM #2 SO I COULD MAKE THAT HILARIOUSLY ORIGINAL JOKE.

in reality . . .

1. Dangeous Pumpkins [dP]. For the reasons stated above.

2. Steal Pheonix [StP]. They've had some of the best players in the game for awhile now but a lack of playtime or build originality has hurt them. Last monthly seemed to have made an impression though and both of these things have been on the uptick this month. I would be surprised if they aren't within striking distance of gold.

3. Disposable Heroes [Dirt]. Good at guildwars, even better at buildwars. Build originality will take them far.

4. Rebel Rising Extended Addition [Rawr]. Somewhere in this metagame a good rawrbuild is hiding somewhere. Not #1 rawrbuild, but this guild has such a good grasp of buildwars and tournament play in general that seeing them out of the top 4 would be a surprise. Of course they only managed top 8 last time, so we will see.

5. Stealing Society [StS]. Their players aren't as strong as those of other top european teams, but they certainly have good buildwars potential.

6. Edible Granite Pencil [Yumy]. Good players, American servers. However, I doubt they will ever be in striking range of gold, unless american playtime is resuscitated. They can only do so well when their competition is terribad.

7. Be Team [be]. They were never bad, but now they seem surprisingly strong.

8. Anonymous Amateurs [AA]. Dependable.

Others in the top 16:

History Repeats Itself [Cry]. They did shockingly well in a tournament while running a single powerful build. Wanna know what history repeating itself is? Them disappointing. (see shat).

Vent Rage [vR]. Aside from american servers, vR has one extreme advantage: everyone underestimates them. You can see it everytime they fight good europeans, the europeans seem to go in the match expecting an easy win and then find themselves dying all over. The thing is though, except for feanor (who is as hopeless at playing guildwars as he is at making logical arguments) they really aren't terrible. Also have gained a tad bit of build variety. I bet they surprise in the swiss rounds then bomb in the actual tournament. I may think they are better than they are given credit for, but there is no denying that occasionally they make some astoundingly stupid decisions. Perhaps that is feanors fault.

Die Keller Kindler [KK] Build wars.

Under Pressure [uP]. Good players, american servers.

One Build Wonder [BadV]. Great players, but don't seem nearly as strong as they used to be. .

The rest: 1 surprise euro guild (I won't guess who), 2 surprise american guilds (american servers).

Divine, we have been banned, but A-nets banning policy is so ridiculous we can still play the mAT and as many ladder games as we want.

Also:

1) One Build Wonder - Pretty much the strongest guild around imo, pretty much the only guild we play and I feel we will definitely lose atm. They've also played a bit more than most of the other guilds out there this month.

2) Stealing Society - Probably one of the strongest teams on paper this month, meta suits them well, but they've only started playing together again for one month, so they're likely to slip up somewhere.

3) Dangerous Pumpkins - Good meta for them, bad rotation for them.

4) History Repeats itself - Seem to be doing well with this meta, and seem to be able to perform well in mAT's, judging by their last two months performances.

5) Disposable Heroes - Pretty good at pulling out the right build for the right map, always able to pull something unexpected out, so should stand a good chance.

6) Die Killer Kinder - So long as they run something overpowered.

7) Vent Rage - Taking Euro split to new, American, levels, but probably a bit predictable.

8) Steal Phoenix- Good meta for them, and they dont look right with a bronze.

(9-16)

Rebel Rising - Still not really performing well enough, struggling with a few of the American guilds, struggling more with many of the Euro guilds. But, if rawr don't manage silver, something's wrong.

Be Team - Still a decent team, pretty much solid silver.

Anonymous Amateurs - Euro Honour sadly wont function well enough in the meta, but AA should be able to pull off a silver.

Dark - Don't really know these guys, but they seem pretty good.

Holz - Pretty solid, good tactically, which should help them in this meta. Usually perform decently in mATs.

TTUB - Being banned, we're having to play with a slightly strange, possibly weaker team, as we cannot invite people for the mAT any more. Also, as it's going to disband, we don't really care whether we get silver or not, so not really gunna take it hugely seriously.

KeKs, AxE - pretty decent, can pull out some over powered builds if needed.

This joke is not funny at all.

my top8:

1. StP - thats their chance to get gold (even if they rly like bronze cape)

2. StS - sounds insane, but I really think they can reach top2 without any problems - just buildwars.

3. DirT - they are not good at splitting with balance build, but should easily make top4

4. Cry - would put them on #1 but its too easy to buildwars them

5. BadV - im not playing so they can be high this month, but Im pretty sure they [we] will get buildwarsed somewhere

6. dP - top8 without dP looks bad (ok , they werent there last MT, but only because of ... buildwars)

7. rawr - you cant win gold cape with 2 b-surges

8. some american guild here.

conclusion: buildwars.

1. DirT, will pull some wacky things out of nowhere to get the gold
2. dP, id have them at 1, but DirT is gonna pull something crazy
3. StP, not quite yet, but their time will come
4. BadV, depends on the pairing with the maps
5. rawr ext., i see them unveiling a powerful split, but need 1 more month to get out of the 3,2,1 mindset
6. AA, solid enough for 6th
7. StS/Cry, saving something we arent seeing
8. insert random strong split guild here, itll be a surprise who gets this spot.
